Artwork created in Adobe Illustrator is preferred. Please save
files for version CS6 compatibility.
Send all logos in digital format, along with a special
guidelines or corporate style guide if available. Digital
vectored logos and electronic art files are preferred over art
slicks and bit-mapped images (unless they are high resolution
Photoshop files). We can recreate almost any art that you
provide, however this will extend the time period required to
complete your project.
Include all color information as PANTONE Matching System (PMS)
or in CMYK.
Scanned images should be supplied with a minimum resolution of
300 dpi at 100% size. If your art department or agency is
supplying an image that has been created in Adobe Photoshop
format with layers, please provide a copy of the file that has
not been flatten (with all image layers intact). Although this
increase file size, this will allow us to make color corrections
or your suggested changes easier. Please do not send low
resolution JPG or GIF files as they are not suitable for print
reproduction.
If working in Illustrator, please convert all type to path or
outlines if possible. Include all fonts the were used in your
file so we can make changes or revisions at a latter date if
necessary.
Please provide a hard-copy print out of your file or a JPG image
(if sending via e-mail) for your reference.
